The clauses of our agreements are simple and straightforward. Our operational costs are lean. This confidence and peace of mind for the client are due to the fact that we only work with high-level professionals of proven integrity. There are no complicated contracts, no fixed installments. There is no obligation of any kind; the client pays only for the hours actually worked at a predetermined and pre-approved rate, with no surprises. No other consultancy offers this level of security and peace of mind.

Key Clauses: Simplicity and Trust

  • The Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to the Client as requested in writing and accepted by the Consultant, within those activities listed above in the paragraph "Area of Support"

  • For the commencement of the contracted services, the Client agrees to deposit in advance into the bank account indicated by the Consultant the number of initial working hours at the agreed-upon hourly rate between the parties.

  • The Consultant is an independent contractor and is not an employee or agent of the Client, and is not responsible for actions taken by the Client. The Client, on the other hand, has no labor or any other obligations except those of consultancy.

  • The Consultant is responsible for all taxes and insurances incurred in their name. The Client is responsible for all taxes and insurances incurred in the name of the company or in the name of directors or partners.

  • This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either party upon 30 days' prior written notice.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately for cause, including but not limited to, material breach of the terms contained herein.

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information disclosed during the provision of consulting services.

Costs

When hiring our consultancy, our clients only pay for the hours actually worked, with no surprises. In the case of purchasing services or products not provided by us, an estimate will be presented in advance for approval.


  • To commence our service, the Client agrees to make an advance deposit into the account provided by the Consultant equivalent to the number of contracted hours, at the agreed-upon hourly rate between the parties.

  • We will send a detailed report of the hours worked monthly and deduct this amount from the available balance.

  • When the available balance is reduced to 10% of the initially contracted hours, the Client must make a new deposit to continue the services.

    Hourly rate: US$100

Note: Costs of services provided by third parties, such as taxes, rentals, storage costs, transportation, professional fees, or products necessary for project execution, will be charged separately upon Client's pre-approval. The balance of hours has no expiration date. The client may, occasionally, transfer their balance to other projects.
